You’re not broken. You’re patterned.

Every thought, every breath, every choice continues something. This project is a call to conscious continuation—through the heart.

About Eric Green

Eric Green is the creator of The Continuation Project, a movement dedicated to helping people recognize and reshape the patterns that shape their lives. A father of six, husband since 2009, and lifelong seeker of truth, Eric blends personal experience with deep spiritual insight to offer practical guidance on how to live consciously—even in the chaos.

Drawing from philosophy, neuroscience, scripture, and lived trauma, Eric’s work invites you to see that you’re not broken—you’re patterned. His message is simple but powerful: pause, breathe, and choose again.

Through books, coaching, and real-world storytelling, he’s helping others return to their hearts, one breath at a time.
